OUR HISTORY
The story of “Tostadito” begins with Pedro Moreno, a food enthusiast from Bogotá. From a young age, he has possessed the talent to create delicious dishes that captivate everyone who tastes them. On the other hand, Pedro is a born entrepreneur, with management and administrative skills.

Pedro realizes his dream and opens “Tostadito”, a contemporary bistro located in Saint-Leonard, offering an innovative menu and a warm atmosphere. Tostadito is a Bogota expression referring to a delicious and perfectly prepared food. -

The pandemic hits. Operational costs increase and profits decrease. Pedro decides to follow other interests and leave the business in the hands of his sister, Sandra Moreno, who assumes total responsibility for the restaurant with her husband and children. -

The family’s vision and teamwork saved the restaurant, but also led it to success and recognition. Today we continue to work to maintain "Tostadito"s reputation, a restaurant that started with a dream and became a family success story.
